Multi-piece set includes the pan, glass lid, steamer rack, and fry basket. The inside of the pot is scratched up with cuts into the metal (see photos) because my mom always used a metal cooking spoon. The outside has some scratches too and bottom shows wear, but I don't think this affects the functionality. The glass lid is in good shape; no flaws. I don’t think the fry basket was ever used. The steamer rack wasn’t used heavily but it’s a little warped/not flat. I don’t think it’s warped enough to make stuff slide together, though. If it makes a difference, only vegetarian food was cooked in this pot. There’s no oily residue on the surface. The pot is lightweight, which is why my mom liked it so much, and I think good quality. The following product information comes from the Copper Chef website. Capacity is 4.5 qts. It’s made of aluminum with a CeramiTech non-stick coating that doesn’t require additional oil, butter or grease to prevent sticking. There’s a steel induction plate on the bottom; it heats evenly on all surfaces. It’s oven-safe and heat resistant up to 850 degrees F. The pot is multipurpose and good to use as a steamer, stockpot, deep fryer, sauté pan, pasta pot, baking dish, and roasting pan.
