Description
Please review all pictures closely for overall condition and size, as this helps form the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age. Has a number of small chips/blowout holes, scratches, wear should be very clear on this one. No major cracks or anything like that. A very interesting find. Pontil at first looks to be Leighton or German Grenier handmade style. We believe it is a German (possibly Grenier) Cane-Cut marble, one pole the pontil looks ground and the other pole pontil looks melted and where they probably cut it. Excellent colors on this one with 3 or 4 red stripes and a thin white stripe corkscrewing pole to pole on an almost peachy orange base. The center of the base glass has a nice twist or corkscrew you can see while it's back-lit. Had trouble getting a good back-lit photo.
