New to our family of extraordinary, collectible marbles are these gorgeous miniature Egg-Shaped art glass figurines. This listing is for a set of 3 eggs. Crafted in hand blown green glass with a bold red spiral swirl running from the top to the bottom of the egg, they measure 1 1/4 inch in length, approximately 1/4 inch at the top point, and approximately 3/4 inch at the bottom. Stands are not included with purchase. Hand crafted marbles will exhibit a “pontil” mark where the marble was attached to the “punt” during the creative process. Each hand made marble may display a "punt" or "pontil" mark that indicates it is an individually crafted art glass marble blown freehand. This small mark is an indication of the individually crafted art glass manufacturing process, it is not a flaw or damage. Because each one is handmade, no two marbles of a given pattern will be exactly the same. The pontil marks on these figurines actually help them to stand up on their larger ends for display. Made for a company called Land of Marbles that went out of business a few years ago, they are now discontinued and becoming harder to find. The lovely glass display stands in the pictures are not included with the marbles but can be purchased in our eBay Store. These rare, collectible marble style figurines will surely create a conversation whenever used or placed on display!
